The main motorcycle ride of the Pineola Python 181 runs from Pineola North Carolina to Morganton North Carolina and back up the mountain. The Pineola Python 181 motorcycle ride has 185 curves, 57 miles of twists and turns, passing lanes going north or south on the highway, the Brown Mountain Lights Overlook, several off road pull offs, waterfall hikes, back country campgrounds sites, gas stations, restaurants, RV campgrounds, live music and more. The PineolaPython181 boasts a kick butt ride, and elevation change of over 2000 feet and beautiful mountain landscapes and views no matter what season.

The PineolaPython181.com motorcycle ride starts and ends at, “The Mountain Boomer” right across from the Blue Ridge Parkway milepost 312. The Mountain Boomer serves slow cooked pulled port, smoked salmon, beer, serving bar, live music, clean bathrooms and plenty of seating inside and out.
